It means your IP is banned. If you're using a VPN, just switch servers.
Ah "my real ip" my bad. That means your IP has been blocked by cloudflare. Maybe your ISP provided you with an IP that was already banned or maybe you accidentally got yourself banned from spam or something.

Nah they wouldn't do it without a reason. If you've done nothing to cause it then maybe cloudflare just thought it was suspicious and banned you for some unknown reason.
