I submitted an order for a Smartbox item and it was approved. They accepted payment from me and now they say they dont have it in stock. Was offered an alternative item that's far from me and something I didn't want as well. My refund request has not been responded to. If I don't receive my money back in 24 hours I will be opening a dispute against you.
