Additional Information: I was trying to use DbCooper agency to book my vacation (and other stuff too ) , I found the thread on marketplace then I contacted him  , With the urgency of the trip being for tomorrow  (basically not mine but for my relatives  ... ) , I was tight on time so I provided all info he asked for and we confirmed the Hotel that I want , we proceed to payment when I paid he disappeared no response from them at all ? (already took some screenshots and a video showing all conversation ) I would like a refund .
I know I am retard to send money first but he has vouches from OG users . at least he will get banned

We don't scam, we are legit. We have impersonators so it might be this issue. We will make sure to follow up quickly on this case so it's settled asap.

I just want to add that we currently have more than 3k in mm deal with @Liars. So in case we are considered scammers then the money is already there you can take it. But we didn't scam and I guess the mm deal money will be back at us as our service is 100% legit, 100% scam free and will stay that way as long as I work in this place.
