Requirements:
Being able to find an aged and reputable account for a certain website. (I can definitely guide you in the right direction, but you'll have to take the steps yourself)
Basic internet knowledge to talk with potential buyers. 
Proper English chatting/typing skills.
Basic convincing skills.

I'm saying basic, because the reputable account should do most of the heavy lifting.

What you'll be doing:
Login to the website every once in a while during the day and check for new buyers
Message every single buyer that create a new post within the last day, and tell them you can help them
Convince them to transfer you money, and make them wait.

This is a method that actually works, as I said, it is blackhat and immoral but when I was desperate, it helped me a lot. I'm not doing this method anymore because I do not like these kind of methods, I was just desperate.

I don't know what you're on about, but there is a 0$ cost to set this up if you follow what I say. Only if you're lazy you can find sellers, and I don't know any sellers myself. I show the method how you can set this up without any additional costs.
