after the refund confirmation that chances of you getting the refund are almost 100, the only thing that make it fail is if the costumer changes the account email.
To avoid buy mail access ionic accounts, or just spam the method with non mail access accounts.

So, if i do everything, and get the refund confirmation email, but then after 1/2 weeks they change back the email, i'll lose that refund, right?

yes most likely you will lose the refund

1. Did you receive the money? From the refund
2. Can you recommend some temp mails? And can i use them in the refund registration?

Just wait, same here, i contacted the suppport, they said that it will be confirmed you just have to wait, because they are getting a lot of refunds
