Just wait, same here, i contacted the suppport, they said that it will be confirmed you just have to wait, because they are getting a lot of refunds

I completed all the steps, it prompted it will take 1 hour to 7 days to receive the refund but earlier when I checked the owner changed her email on the account. Is there a chance I can get the refund or not? since the account says its on process

Around 5-10% of the accounts get their email changed back. Most of them are those with active devices (recent last sync).
I believe that you could get the refund, but only if the Ionic got disabled, that means you already got the Refund confirmation email.
