that is straight up not true, we check tickets every hour and only time i do not answer is if i am not home / sleeping there is no way your ticket has went un answered for more than 10 hr

Going to leave a review for the Layer 7 basically i did a test on my own website without protection and it maximum 500-600 requests at peak which is not enough to enough to even lag the webserver and forget bypassing anything like cloudflare ddos-guard and sucuri

You must of done something wrong, for websites without protection you use socketburst get or rand methods and it will do 5-10kr/s without issue even on the 10$ package, also btw if you have the 10$ package do not expect it to be making allot of power that package is made for home connections.

I got the 35$ package using the vip network tried socketburst get same ideaNGINX STATUS

doesnt even raise the server usage at all and thats at the peak this does not take down any servers at all would be it be possible to get a refund?
