I've opened 3-4 tickets within your website and your only response is to spend money for more power, or try another attack method.
I told you I tried every available attack method. The website I am testing this on is incredibly small compared to other website you advertise you take down.
People aren't trying to shit on you or your product, they simply want help and your only response is to act like you've done everything to help and that it's our fault.
Other's have posted here that you don't have the best responses as well. It's not just me.
If you had spent a very small amount of time helping me or simply
proving that an upgraded plan would, in fact help me, I would have considered upgrading my package in a heart beat. Why would someone be inclined to drop $80+ on an upgrade when the initial package didn't even cause a slowdown?
