Hello, today we were made aware of the issues with layer 4 and we contacted and are awaiting reply from the server company owner on the fix, we are also aware of some downtime with layer 7 and this issue is also being attended to, our most sincerely apologies for this and ask all users effected by this submit a ticket for time compensation, thank you sincerely -NS Staff
