Overall Ratings:
Tool: 8/10
Log quality: 9/10

Overall the tool is very useful and high quality, but what is most remarkeable was the support from @LadySex !
You could definitely notice that he permanently checked on the testers and actively supported us once we needed help,
also offering additional time if something wasn't working on the bots side, which is in my opinion a huge plus.
If you are looking for a log service I really can recommend this one, but as always - since it is a time based service - think about what you want first.
If you first think about what targets you need, then buy the log service, you are basically guaranteed to have a good experience.
