I would love to do work with photoshop I have faked a pretty good amount of documents ids passports warranties I can make fake item proofs with paper from png etc. i have more than 3 years experience I can check accounts the whole day/i can be support or something that is including guiding people I can advertise in the shoutbox and many more

You really must use your skills for something better than that. You can find a job in IT abroad if you feel bored locally. When I visited Doha, not so many people spoke good English. My driver didn't, for sure. But where to find a job then? I know that to find a vacancy of dentist in qatar is not difficult. Same goes with other positions. If you have experience and can prove your education.
