the best thing i can think of is buy products for a cheap value (garage sales, ebay, etc) and resell for more (or the same) than you paid for and take cash.

Wait, I'm a little confused.

If I sell a "refunded" iPhone (for example), do I have to buy random stuff, and resell them to keep the profit?
This is a nice idea, but I think that method is related to smaller amounts of money, and it's taking too much time for laundering only 20-30% of the budget
