You are not following the replacement model, says clear there you didn't follow it.


I started opening tickets without following those because you never got back with the following ticket, you failed to fix that for me,
I waited 7 days and you never bothered to answer my tickets all you said was "alright, wait a sec" and the ticket was closed without even giving me an answer or reason

Absolute crap. His Netflix accounts drop within a few hours of buying 9 times out of 10. He does not reply to tickets for days and closes your ticket for no reason.

Rubbish service, rubbish customer service.
