So if I understood correctly I can order electronics worth arround 5000$ and then refund but keep them right?

Alright, thanks. By the way, does it make a difference if it says "sold and dispatched from amazon" or if it's sold/dispatched from a third party company? Do you have any experience with this? Sorry for all the questions.
