Hi, im a frequent buyer here in c.to this shop is the most unprofessional shop i have ever seen and bought a products from.

Ordered amazon prime personal upgrade yesterday.
paid with dogecoin, it has been a day, my transaction has been confirmed but on there website is says pending payments. (sound fishy for me)


All there contact link on any of there social just points you to use our platform but no means on contacting the staffs. (i find this very fishy, why send customer looking for help to an other social media?)

The only way to contact them is via ticket on there website or discord, i sent both only got a response on discord telling me they check it out.  It was this morning at 3am GMT +1. 

This shop has zero costumer support, barely any response from the staff. 
please refund my order #8253

If Proofs are needed i can provide them or the shop owner can just check the ticket on discord or on his website!
