Here’s a list of what you could offer to your future customers:

• CarPlay activation
  
• Map updates
  
• Diagnostics
  
• Exhaust valve opening
  
• Battery registration
  
• Unlocking hidden features (plenty to customize)
  
• etc 
  

For promotion, Facebook Groups are great—they’re not dead at all. I’ve used them, and they bring in lots of customers for free. Just post in BMW-specific groups, and you’ll get noticed.
 Other places to promote: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Local Marketplace's, Paid ADS etc.
