I ordered both a Kraken account and a Wise account from him for a "special" promo.
Promotion included docs but initially he refused to give me the docs until I showed him a screen shot of his own words. Ok whatever no problem.
Here's the problem--
I tried to log in to the Wise account the totally correct way (proxy, 0 fraud score, cookies imported)....and the Wise account wants a selfie with ID verification otherwise it is disabled. The seller does not provide any support for this type of thing and basically told me I'm shit out of luck.
I would look for another supplier who can offer this service and is willing to help you with your account.
I'm really sorry about what happened, but as you can imagine, no seller on this platform offers a guarantee for this problem, our job is to verify the accounts. We can't be held responsible for something the customer may have done wrong.
About the docs I just didn't remember that you had bought them because it had been a long time after you became available, when you reminded me I went to check and indeed you were right and I gave you the documents without any stress, I don't understand the reason for mentioning it.
Anyone who has the slightest understanding of open-ups knows perfectly well that the seller can never be held responsible for this.
Good luck finding someone who offers that kind of guarantee!
