Either that or its a VCC method where the card acts as if its charged and shipper before the card carrier reports it declined.

Also to correct your stupid ass:
The serial number method you talking about is SE (social engineering) and they ask for a device return, which for your information in 90% of the countries it's a company that label manipulation don't work so you can't ftid the label making it show as delivered and for sure not do a scan like lost in transit (even if you could they already added on their online store they not responsible for lost items)
The vcc method you talking about don't even work on Nintendo or any good company and if you think a company will ship the product without getting the money ur even more stupid than what i thought.
