BeyerDynamic sometimes just randomly close your ticket so you should open a few on different addresses to ensure a higher success rate.
We need the following things before starting:
• Serial Number
• Proof of purchase
• Picture of device
1) Go to:
https://europe.beyerdynamic.com/forms/service/rma
2) Fake a Proof of purchase, you can do this on receiptmansion quickly or make your own in photoshop.
3) Get a serial number you can do this by going on eBay to find your product.
4) We want to fake a picture now of damage on the product and also submit that, a photoshop service will do this for about $10.
5) Once you have all the requirements fill out the form.
6) They will then offer to do an advanced replacement, I have seen this work on cheaper items the most. However most of the time they want you to return it first, if they do simply FTIDv3 using the label they provide.
7) You now just ask them when your item will be repaired and keep pestering them, they will eventually just ship you out a replacement.
