Additional Information: hi  I want to share an experience I had recently with @Xelux. I purchased a Wise account from them, which was advertised as fully verified and with unlimited transactions. However, when I logged into the account, I realized it wasn't fully verified. I was unable to complete the last verification step, which required a $20 deposit.
We attempted to make the deposit, but the account was flagged by Wise's security system. Furthermore, the system did not provide an option to deposit using a credit card. When I consulted with @Xelux, they suggested that it was a regular occurrence, advising me to ask someone to send me $20 from another Wise account.
So, we did just that, but upon receiving the $20, the account was flagged again. We were then told to wait 24 hours while Wise conducted some checks. After the wait, Wise declined the transfer and refunded the money back to the sender, citing that the transfer was too risky.
I will provide screenshots from both ends of the transaction for your reference.
I want to stress that my experience with @Xelux has been disappointing. They are misleading customers by selling accounts that are not as advertised in this community. Please be aware.
