Never thought about this. Everyday is a new begging h when it comes to learning new ways of doing a particular thing. ?
Let me tell you why this won’t work. Firstly, ISP only discloses your information with the authorities when they have a higher court order. FBI, INTERPOL or any other type of criminal investigation type of institutions have a special way of contacting ISP. But anyways, you can try just don’t say that it works. You must show how it works because as far as I know, this is almost imposible. ISPs have a number of question that they should ask before disclosing a user information and sometimes, they are required to do an in person meeting, phone meeting etc etc.
