Hey, so a good idea is to show on a user's profile if they had any past scam report(s) and having a link to access that scam report thread.

this should be present even when a scam reported has been completed.

in general a good idea, but as liars said it could be abused.
I still think you should add that and that it's a very good idea.
You should try to think of a good way to perhaps filter the reports.

Perhaps deleted reports, that got deleted bc its a troll arent shown, but closed / open ones are shown!

nah not really true i mean they had a scam report which isnt good. if they resolved it then it clearly says that.
Also its not like a closed scam report = opened scam report .
If someone has had like 20 scam reports, its not a punishment, its a warning to just be careful and that for a reason.
