start a training plan. I personally dropped from 100kg to 88 during the summer up to now through cycling to begin with and now just controlled eatting/ not over eatting.
If you smoke weed, that too will fuck up your eatting habits so stop for now.
Everything needs to be done in moderation, you should go to the doctor to get a full examination imo. You may have underlying health conditions caused by your weight and knowing the full extent of them will only drive the idea of "I really need to lose weight" into your brain.
Just today I woke up with extremely bad pain beside my bladder, turns out I have kidney stones and I'm only 19. Do everything to avoid being in my position, really not fun.
And finally, goodluck my friend. I'm certain you'll do just fine, but you need to make the change. relying upon your parents/others will do nothing.
(it goes without saying change your food intake)
