You wont get in problems, maybe sometimes special forces can knock on your door to bring you a good morning coffee 
Just joking, it is safe, you are small fish, when you start making millions then be ready to get behind bars, but you will then have to pay the best lawyers to take you out.

I mean, when fraud is made, someone has to report you or sue you, right? Is amxz/n gonna do that?
Maybe if your package is reported as stolen, but in refunding method people will say that it was lost, which is safe 100% and you dont have to worry.

Bank won't care, its between you and amazon, they refund you, bank wont ask you anything about that.
