Roosevelt Clipper is the most advanced project to intercept cryptocurrency transactions by replacing cryptocurrency address via clipboard with regex (regular wallet expression) comparison

Roosevelt Clipper has innovative binder functions to combine your files (all extensions)

Relatively some functions are taken from the project of my old work partner (Xcoder) - Xbinder v2 , so it is coded by me.

Functions for clipper stub: 
UAC Bypass
1) Request to start the stub with administrator rights 
2) Repeated request to start the stub with administrator rights (in case of clicking on "no", the request will return the window).
3) System call invoke kernel32.dll 
4) HTA loader 

Kill bots (malware from the list by code, kills by pid, or by mutex) 
Skip virutal environments VMware, Vbox, Hyper V, sandbox, etc

Update (Bug and Error Fixes)

Removed cryptocurrency bloktopia which hijacked all cryptocurrency wallets on top of other wallets
Removed binder (possibly temporarily, based on developers' opinion), will be added to FudModule Rootkit Builder , paid version. 
Fixed bugs with changing properties and icon on your executable file
Now clipper only approves .net files, native will be denied, to adapt stub work, will be fixed in c binder work next week
Some features such as uac bypass and critical hiding have also been removed as they were used with binder, if I-S00N or Zloy give me permission to add these features we will be happy to add them, but if you have an old mega nz archive there is the code for mutli-binder, if you know visaul-basic you should have no problem adding it yourself.
Changed design, completely redesigned using third party .dlls such as VisualStyler, ZeroitFramework, GunaUI2
