Done big refunds for me. Only person I trust to do my refunds from now on, others have been a bit poo with response times and/or success rates.
Also have a telegram which is pretty active and can get answers to any questions pretty rapid.

Joined Kepts group when I was looking for a UK refunder on MPGH as most focus on USA. Since November when I joined Kept has done me over 4 refunds, I've never been out of pocket. If something doesn't go to plan, Kept always knows how to fix. Whenever I message him with questions I am guaranteed a response either instantly or a few hours I've never had to wait days like previous experiences.

This was the first time I refunded anything and it was a great experience! This was an over 1.4k Order and he even included a previous purchse to refund at no additional cost. I had many questions and they were answered quickly and friendly. I never felt that my inexperience was annoying or a hassle, Kept did an amazing job. Through the waiting time, I was assured when I was weary that everything was fine, and all I needed to do is wait! Sure enough, within the expected timeframe, it was a confirmed refund! He'll even wait for his cut, by letting the money hit your bank first. 11/10.

Huge vouch.
This guy is the only refunder that I use. I've been dealing with him for several months now for refunds spanning tens of thousands of dollars and not once has he failed. It's smooth sailing from the moment you order and he takes care of everything for you. Personally speaking, I'm not interested in the other refunders that use questionable public methods leading to rebills and investigations even if they misvalue their own time and offer me ridiculously low prices - I want refunds that are tried, tested, and most importantly safe... this is why I use KeptSecret. He doesn't bullshit you and only uses safe, private methods for your refund that proven to be free of issues across hundreds of other clients. He also repeatedly looks after his returning customers and is overall a really nice guy to talk to. |
