i'm grateful that i started seeing amazing results at the gym, i have been training hard on 2022 even when i was studying hard for baccalaureus and i haven't enough money to eat like bodybuilders must eats.
i kept training 2h/day 6 days/week i became addicted to that even my roomates said hope we have ur energy to wake up everyday at 6am go to the univeristy and get back at 4pm then go to the gym then go to university dormitory wash my clothers , eat, and study, and finally sleep to do everything again tomorrow
