If you want to purchase your hosting package with Perfect Money, you just have to ask. It is accepted but manually processed.

We only provide shared hosting right now. No VPS or dedicated servers are rented.

Servers are located in the United States at this time, with time passing I don't exclude to expand inside other region like Europe and Asia.
