Additional Information: At first he looked very professional, good tipster, he knew what he was doing. We were starting a small business with betting tips, i sent him 100$ for 2 weeks trial, then he looked cool i borrowed him 45$(dumb decision ik). After that he started being weird, told me that was a wrong decision to work with him because of his mental illness. The first day of his betting tips trial went not so good. Then other day he said he has a very good bet to bet on, after the bet lost he just deleted his telegram account.
