Depending on where you live you could try to see if theres homless shelters or youth support areas. From there you should get the support to work or persue education if thats needed. Good luck

But just go door to door asking to mow there lawn, offer cleaning services, etc. Just to get enough money for you to feed yourself atleast.
Just keep applying to any jobs, even remote jobs or get hired by someone her by being there support member.
