I have access to multiple USA death registries on physician accounts. I can 100% kill him legally and his ssn will be added to the ssn death index, his bank accounts and any financial wil be shut down. He won't be able to use anything regarding a credit check or ssn verification. The process to reverse it is almost impossible because of how the system is set up. Every year there 6k ish mistankingly filed death certificatesm and you can google some stories to see how difficult it makes their and eventually having to get new ssn issued.
