SOLUTION

1. By downloading the image and opening it in notepad , you'll see the start of a Discord link, scrolling to the bottom you'll see the end of the link. To get the middle, put the image in a text editor and turn up the exposure, you'll see the middle part, put all of the strings together, put the url in your browser and an executable will download.
   
2. When you open the executable you'll see a message box appear with the text "Have you ever seen fruit ROT for 13 months?", this is a clue hinting towards the ROT13 cipher. By dragging the executable file into dnSpy you will see a string with the value "D29hM3WuqUZuVUyiqFObLKMyVTMiqJ5xVT1yYPOjoTIup2HtER0toJHto24tETymL29lMPOuqPORMJ5gLKWeVmRmZmptq2y0nPO0nTHtMz9foT93nJ5aVUAyoaEyozAyBvNvoKxtnT9gMFOcplOvpzyanUDtpTyhnlOuozDtnTSmVUyyoTkiqlOzoT93MKWmVTqlo3qcozptLJkfVTSlo3IhMPOcqP4v - 64 onfrf :)". If you were to decipher this with a ROT13 decipher you'll get the value "Q29uZ3JhdHMhIHlvdSBoYXZlIGZvdW5kIG1lLCBwbGVhc2UgRE0gbWUgb24gRGlzY29yZCBhdCBEZW5tYXJrIzEzMzcgd2l0aCB0aGUgZm9sbG93aW5nIHNlbnRlbmNlOiAibXkgaG9tZSBpcyBicmlnaHQgcGluayBhbmQgaGFzIHllbGxvdyBmbG93ZXJzIGdyb3dpbmcgYWxsIGFyb3VuZCBpdC4i - 64 bases :)"
   
3. The text on the end of the string gives a good idea on what to do next, put the string into a base64 decoder, upon decoding this you'll be granted with this message "Congrats! you have found me, please DM me on Discord at Denmark#1337 with the following sentence: "my home is bright pink and has yellow flowers growing all around it.", after messaging me I would've given the Squashify key and the OnlyFans accounts.
