Additional Information: They are a bunch of scammers that are misleading customers to buying their 'trading empire'. They fake profits and results. They posted a call, having the stoploss at 0.80, it hits 0.71 and then rises to 1.36 and he calls it a profit despite trade closing at a loss. When i post proof or their lies, i get muted from the server. This is obviously a scam, will upload proof to admins when asked for.

I do not have logs of the converstaion since they deleted the ticket but i do have proof of them calling this trade a win when it was clearly a lost and them mis-marketing this.

Both ticket's transcripts, DMs with you and general chat conversations as well as proof of this trade and trade being closed at profit proofs are saved and I am more than happy to share them with staff if requested.

You contacted us on 26th November asking about our service, trading in general and asked for discount stating how young you are and how you got no spare money nor you have any prior background to options trading. We answered variety of your questions and explained things.

On 27th of November we aggreed to sell you Lifetime Membership for 200$ (50% discount was available during that time and on top of that we even discounted you another 50$). You made this payment in 5-6 different crypto currencies via 5-6 different transactions (ok, what ever, payment is payment).

Less than 24hrs into you have bought membership, without even using our service, before even market opened on Monday and none of the alerts were announced so you could attempt to use our service - you start throwing shade on us by start texting in public chat "hope this is not a scam", "feedback left by customers doesn't seem legit" ect. I answer your accusations and DM you explaining that if you have doubts or worried about our service please instead DM me and we can discuss because throwing shade and then having an argument in our public chat is not helping our business in any way. I warn you to stay calm and once alerts will be shared you will be able to attempt earning back your investment.

Several minutes after market opening hours have started you start pressuring our trader with questions "where is the alert?", "market is open", ect. Our staff informs you that once suitable movement is noticed - everyone will be informed and alert will be announced.

As soon as we announce the alert you opened a ticket asking how to even do this trade on your broker, why buy-in price is already different than we alerted and various other arguments started with our staff member. Our staff asks you to stop panicking once again and we try to explain keywords meanings, price jumping factors ect.
You move to public chat and continue arguing with our staff member, accusing him that it is impossible that he was able close the trade at profit while you were wasting time causing panic and throwing arguments hence unable to make anything with alert you were given.

Arguments and discussions move to DMs with staff member. He warned you at least once that day, while another staff member warned you once same day too so he simply times you out for 1 hour because you are spasming out and disturbing our staff to assist other customers while you are clueless of anything that's related to trading and still continue spamming staff.

Instead of DMing another staff member by calmy explaining the situation or simply trying to reach out our Admin if you feel like you were mistreated or just in general taking that time out to relax and stop spasming out - you raid our discord server with mass DMs / spam from which I had to stop our service for several hours in order to clear your mess.

My advice would be:
* Find other activity or field to attempt to earn yourself money. Trading is too much for your several brain cells.
* Seek for mental help because you are clearly unstable and dangerous to yourself and others
* Your life must be really sad for you to spend all that time and effort to cause such a mess - I hope it will get better for you.
