Additional Information: Default has a Telegram account @DefaultScans as well as his Telegram channel https://t.me/DefaultCheapestScans with little to no real subscribers. He sells "insider" panels (that have been patched for a couple of weeks now) and "scans" for different shipping carriers. He has flooded that group with fake Telegram accounts in order to appear "legit" and he disabled all the messages and reactions in Telegram the channel. On November 15th, I needed a UPS UTD scan as soon as possible, so I reached out to Default, he claimed it was an "insider" and it will be an instant scan, however, the price ($100) was higher than the market price ($20). I was willing to pay for the speed, so we proceeded with the payment. He only accepted crypto (BTC, LTC, ETH) and I paid him 0.01203222 ($202.45) in BTC. Transaction hash: a28e142c27ea84092d81389eaf66dff1a7a45a4f289e04d34d6cb661f1ada7fa , his receiving wallet: bc1qk9r9a3n7cyg2xey78x0yz75t525pxgf6ukjef6 . After sending the funds, he told me it will be done in a few hours or a day maximum. On Nov. 16 - Nov. 17, I re-contacted since the scan had not appeared. He told me that it takes time (even though he claimed it was instant), so I decided to patiently wait after. On Nov. 19, I asked for an update and did not receive an answer, I bumped my message on Nov 20 and he told me that it will take even more time. It was clear to me on Nov 22, that the scan is not happening and I have been scammed. I asked for a refund 2-3 times and he deleted the chat. Up to this day (Dec. 05), the scan has not shown up. and blocked me after. I have then tried to warn people under his threads but did not know it is not how you report a scammer. He also gave me a bad reputation with a comment.
