I've detailed our "situation" in the other thread he opened. Yes - lying, acting like a raging monkey, opening fake reports entitles me to cut the deal lmao. The deal about converting the Paypal to LTC, of course I will send him the money he got on Paypal. You can even see that in the screenshot he provided.
