After two days I receive an email from activision telling me that the product has been refunded https://prnt.sc/wnAydqsyz3Ra then I contact him throught his server ticket and he
told me to not worry that the next day he will help me or make me a refund.  The next day I contact him but he hide my ticket and I could not dm him or create a new one, so I dm him in his personal
discord and hi was acting like I never had a deal with him and I show all the proof. And still no help he also ban me from his server and not answering on discord dms

I can confirm the account in our discord is our customer support account he's talking with.

We do not sell B4U services for battle.net. As for the vouch, I myself don't understand what exactly he's vouching. The "customer" role is assigned to a lot of people, including people who win giveaways or have had prior seperate dealings with us. There's over 300 people with the role. I'm not sure why exactly he recieved it but it may be due to participation in some sort of giveaway we were holding.

As for you Gusnap - we'd be happy to assist if you can provide us chatlogs too of your interaction with any member of staff who may have sold you this service.
