Once I funded account with $60, I created a card and then card ended up being declined. I asked customer support why that happened, and they told me that it usually takes 1-2 mins for the funds to load on the credit card. I'm waiting for more than one hour waiting for the funds to be loaded. Customer support giving weird ass excuses (as you can see on the screenshot), and pretending that they're extreme busy, which does not sound like a true since they only have fucking2 reviews on TrustPilotand they're both negative + they have only23 Twitter Followerswhich are probably fake. I got scammed just because HQ users recommended this site and every of them left positive review in vouch section. Dissapointing

The positive vouches are because for those users (including me) the product worked fine and we have more patience than one damn hour.
Hi @bank thanks for your message. It seems that our issuing bank has some problems with handling the top-ups, so it unfortunately takes a little longer. We have told him that multiple times.
But all good, he will get his card asap like the rest of the hundreds that are waiting patiently.

That's why I left +Reputation to his profile, thought he helped, and he actually tried to help, but he didn't knew that @AnonCards is trying to blend his scam by giving fake excuses/promises.

Your service is not even that much popular. Almost no one heard about your service, Can you just refund me, you can keep your Fees of $10, and refund the $50

It looks like you take it very personal, your card will be ready asap. Unfortunately, as you could read our terms, we don't offer refunds because all funds go directly to the issuing bank.

Yes, but your terms are not counted here. Because that makes absolutely no sense, because everyone would be scamming by using the same "NO REFUNDS" ToS
And yes, I take it very personal, because I'm the one who is scammed, and my partner funded that action. "Your card will be ready asap" also doesn't mean nothing to me. Tell me when exactly am I going to get it?

If they're going directly to the bank, why am I still waiting for the funds?
Also if there's a issue with your bank, I'm not responsible for that, I paid for the service, not for excuses.
I even offered you to keep that $10 and just refund the $50. You're still keeping the profits, and service, I don't get what's the problem here.
