Basically no way he can spends his money. The problem is every single platform he enters will trace his wallet (2nd wallet, 3rd,, ... n-th wallet) back to this exploiter marked one and that wallet will be blocked from entering any broker/exchanger platform. It's like having marked US dollars, can't spend it anywhere.
