So it's wrong to hate the people that ruined your life and the way you see people?
It's wrong to hate someone that has been making you go crazy for years letting you think of committing suicide?
It's wrong to hate someone that has been getting you into so much trouble that you almost got to shot up a school?

Totally disagree i hate a lot of people that fucked my life in several different ways and would love to see them being fucked somehow, and in my country people are always saying don't do anything god will take care of that , sorry don't believe that,i would say hate and do something about it if possible, buuuut if you are talking about blind hate like cancelling someone that you don't know that's another sorry in that case hate is bad, anyway :)

If you are hating them in those situations it is understandable but it is still wrong for your own good.

Letting go of hate is for your own benefit

Actions taken out of hate are often the wrong actions.

If someone does something horrible to you and then you kill them.
Sure, you might think they deserved it but what did that accomplish?
Did you undo the things they did to you?
It might make you feel better. But if you can let go on your own will be a lot better it would be better for you.
Maybe, you think you can commit an action out of hate and get away with it but in the long run your life will be worse.

If you hate you must dig two graves one for your self and one for the one you hate.
