One strategy that I like to implement when I boot up Fortnite and play some Battle Royale, is that I like to blow up the gas stations and vehicle pads indicated by a gas station icon on the map. The reason I do this is to reduce the chances of late game player interactions being vehicular. Blowing up the gas stations puts me at a disadvantage, but it also puts other players at a disadvantage as well. The impact I have on a match will far outlast my early player death. I may be taken out, but those gas stations remain out of commitment until the next match.
