So I was writing my thread and I accidentally posted the thread before I had finished it and it sent it through to moderators. I rewrote my thread and sent it again but then I realised that I had two threads going through at the same time and because they are so similar the first unfinished one will probably be accepted and the other denied. A way around this would be a way to delete your thread while it is pending for review

I've been wondering this myself, as well as a couple of other circumstances

Lets suppose that there are 2 posts on a sub that are made 48 hours apart and follow all rules of the sub that they're submitted to and would be approved by a mod.

We will call them post A and post B.

Now under normal circumstances, if these posts were allowed to run their cycle and were equally popular at 10k points or so reaching r/all at a similar rate.

Now given these conditions, would A be able to reach the popularity that B has under any of the following circumstances:

1.) If a subreddit is on mod approval only.

2.) If a post is removed via automod for failing a post condition (either filtered, removed, or spammed)

3.) If a post is removed by reddit spam filter.
