This technique ONLY works if you already have an Amazon gift voucher which has been added to your account.
For example, Amazon will occasionally give £5 free vouchers if you listen to one song on Amazon Music.
Once this has been added to your account, open up a chat with an agent.
Tell them your voucher has disappeared and you needed it asap to make an order.
They will generate another £5 free for you and add it to your account.
