Coinchange is good fault is serigu he sent less amount due to which system didn't detect it or something

I used coinchange quite a few time and it was good
what you are saying doesnt make sense... at all.
coinchange is a raped version of fixedfloat.com
the only difference is that when you use coinchange, a small percentage goes to the owner of coinchange lol.

fixedfloat automatically recalculates the amount that needs to be sent.
So for example, if you make an exchange and write down that you want to exchange 5000$ BTC -> ETH
but you actually send 1$, the system recalculates it.

Yes thats exactly the problem i sent 2k and the transaction was not going so I sent another 5$ and it got recalculated.

Contaxt fixedfloat live chat support.
add the following:
  • Tell them the coin you exchanged to and from
  • The adress you paid
  • The adress the money has to go to

Is fixedfloat a trusted site? I'm not considering coinchange from now lol.

This issue is being handled via our support system; we apologize for the delay in getting back to you. With the market crash, we were slammed with support tickets.

Our system is set up in a way that doesn't support the deposit method this customer used. We do not support multiple deposits. Our technology partner is resolving this ASAP.

Customer paid out: https://blockchair.com/litecoin/transact...coinchange. In the future please do not submit multiple deposits.
