Hi,
I wanted to make this post since other negative rep removal threads either get late attention or no attention in Forum Support & Bugs.

Both reps were undeserved and lead to distrust for future customers.
Since I do consider this gang rep, I would like to see warnings being sent to both users. Their negative rep came because I "spammed" a message in the shoutbox after they spammed themselves.
