Account Ban after account hacked

My username is priyankpant


Someone hacked my account and change the username, email and password. I contacted floraiN and provide prof that this account belong to me, after that he change my username  again and i get my account back.

After few days i got a message that my account is banned. I have no idea what activities are done when my account was hacked so i request you to please activate my account.

Why will i pay? Where is my mistake? I have reported the hack in few hours. Someone have change my username, email and password so there was no way i can recover my account without contacting someone on this forum.

I think there should be some extra security here, the email should not be changed instantly. There should be a waiting time of 24-48 hours. If i get a notification that my email is changed i would have change my account details.

You can investigate my case in detail and you can also ask floraiN, it was a real hack and i report it in 4-5 hours of hack.

Wow, i think your site is a new type of scam. First i upgrade my account, then my account is hacked or someone from your staff change the username and password, then again you ask me money for recovery of my account. I have created a strong password but your site lack security, it is your responsibility to protect the account of the user and provide them with good security. If bank webisites uses your security system then all bank accounts get hacked.

If my account is hacked it means your site is hacked. My account details is in your site and it is your responsibility to protect my data from hacker.
