Good idea, but people will abuse to being in top 3 to get star award.
They will create multis and follow themselves or ask follow 4 follow.

Then I would prob just add a Requirement to Follow Users.
Like atleast 10 Threads, 100 Likes or smt

People were already boosting various stats to get on top 3, adding more block would lead it to abuse.
