How do I go about receiving your service?
THIS IS A REFUND SERVICE, YOU BUY THE GOODS WHICH ARE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO YOU.
Post delivery you fill out my form and I take care of the rest.
A few people have incorrectly come to me assuming I make the order for them using my own money and then refund it, only to ship the product out to them. This is not a Buy4You service.
Please understand, this process requires you to personally order the items yourself using your own money, whereby then, I advise you to get in contact with me after receiving your goods so I can help process a refund/replacement.

Do I take payment before or after refunds?
I expect the payment to be made as soon as refund is confirmed.
Please take note.
How do I know you are the real Ali?
Before processing your order, I will verify every order individually with you through Sinister.ly to prevent any impersonators from scamming you.
Are you able to show proof of refunds?
This can be done if you PM me on any of the registered IM’s below!

How can you pay me?
Payment is usually made via PP, but if necessary I can accept Bitcoin.
Can you fix failed refunds?
That totally depends on the last refunder’s method. You will have to get in contact with me about this via an instant messaging service. (Listed below)
I got an email about an investigation, have you messed up my refund?
An investigation does not necessarily mean that the refund is screwed up. It just means that you will have to be a little more patient than usual. Everything is a process, and sometimes, one process can take longer than the other. I understand everyone really looks forward to their refunds but, greatness isn’t achieved overnight!
Are refunds 100% guaranteed?
No refund is ever guaranteed. Every case is independent to the next and I can never say I will 100% get you a refund, even if my success rate is 95%+.
Can you do custom stores?
If you message me with regards to the order you had in mind, we can briefly look into this and we can discuss whether it’ll be possible or not.
I have messaged/added you on your IM services but you haven’t responded, why are you taking so long to reply?
Please understand, I have a life outside of this and I’m trying to manage everything accordingly. I will always do my absolute best to respond immediately.
