A) if anyone would be a rip off (which I don't think is, it would be more kind of c.to being n.to's rip-off. I love the forum and shit but it's how u would expect this to be, if c.to came after n.to it would only make sense to think c.to is the rip-off if anything

c.to did it way better than n.to did. I've browsed n.to long enough and their content is not as good as c.to. Just because something "came first" doesn't mean jack shit. That's something I would love to see as an Update.
I personally only bought Premium, but I would directly update to Infinity if there would be the possibility to upgrade it. Also, I guess many People that bought Infinity would buy Supreme if they wouldn´t have to pay 60€.
I  don´t see any Cons implating that update.
I only see some Pros there.
+More People with Premium or Infinity would probably upgrade.
+User that don´t have that much money could split it.
+More Users would buy Premium or Infinity if they know they could Upgrade any time.
+Making Premium and Infinity Users happy.

-Probably hard to imply because Shoopy probably can´t see if you already have Supreme or Premium.

For the Cons, I guess it would work to probably give User that bought Premium or Infinity a Coupon code for what the have already spent for that Upgrade. Alternatively, it would be possible to do that Upgrade manually over a Pm with a mod or something, but I guess that would be a bit to much work.

To sum it up, I guess it would be a really good Idea to imply something like that.

I personally think this is a good suggestion, and have wondered it myself, of course i only believe this should apply to Infinity and Supreme, because both are lifetime ranks. 
As for the point quoted below, this could simply be done manually, to account for this flaw, assuming staff had the time to handle such matter.
