What would you recommend me to do, if I am in the following situation, I am trying to refund 2x iphones 13 pro max that they sent me by otp and for some reason when I arrive I managed to make me leave the package without giving the otp and yet that same day in the afternoon it appeared delivered and it happened that the delivery man spoke to technical support because he returned to my house and left him waiting and for some reason when I returned to Attend to him he mentioned that he had just spoken to the technical support and they provided him with the otp so I did not worry, without taking care of giving him the otp myself because he had achieved it on his own and left, What should I do? I tried to claim that the order didn't come and I was denied, so I felt nervous. I am from Mexico and I will appreciate the advice

Temporary password verification adds additional security to your deliveries, as the password is only available in the Ready to Deliver email, sent on the day of delivery. You can also access it in My Orders; to do this, click on "Track package" next to the corresponding order. Delivery will not be completed until the password is shared with the driver. Therefore, we cannot issue a replacement or refund for this order.
I recommend that you contact anyone who might have had access to your temporary password and therefore been able to receive this package for you.

If you look at the question here it would be to know how the delivery man did to get the OTP on his own, if I did not give it to him, then he left the package without me sharing the OTP
