Hello, I would like to ask about using Amazon gift cards. I have 20 gift cards worth €100 each, totaling €2000. Since I cannot declare them legitimately, I am considering creating a new Amazon account without linking it to my bank to avoid tax authorities. I plan to purchase various computer items. Should I fill out this new Amazon account with false personal information, or do you have other recommendations? Additionally, to avoid any risk of a home tax audit, I am considering using a nearby pickup point for delivery. I plan to check in advance whether an ID is required to collect the package or if the Amazon order code is sufficient. Does this approach carry any risks of a tax audit? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Bro, you aren't going to have your tax returns audited for gift cards on Amazon. As far as anybody knows, they're gifts from the coming out party you had a couple weeks ago.

I don't know if Amazon can send my purchase history information to the tax authorities if they suspect something, but well, if it's true, I'll be happy.

Amount is too small to be checked for an audit. As far as I know it's for more than $10k+

So, does Amazon report anomalies to the tax authorities? I wonder what the tax authorities can't see?
